Thank you to the ALS Society of Canada folks who continue to be there. ALS is a scary disease to navigate and the assistance and support was much appreciated. It is essential work that brings information and a helping hand to families when life is very difficult. Thank you.
Always nice to be around others who are passionate about ending ALS.
For the three times that we’ve participated in the Walk, we love the positive atmosphere. We love knowing that our contribution can help someone else, as these fundraisers helped our mom when she was sick.
As always, the Walk to End ALS brings the sense of hope and community. I feel less alone after losing four close members of my family to ALS, and worrying about the hereditary aspect for the future of my siblings and I. This event gives me more hope and good spirit about the future than anything else.
This was a tangible way to thank the ALS Society of Canada for the amazing support they provide to my mom, something we could do with her.
