  • Eligibility is based upon online fundraising totals
  • Rewards can only be shipped to addresses within Ontario
  • The cut-off date to fundraise to one of these levels is Thursday, July 31, 2025. Those who qualify will be contacted after this date with the option to redeem their gift, or donate this back to ALS Canada.
